So... What is Anxious Faith?

First up, hi. Welcome. We're so glad you're here.

We all know that mental illness is a growing issue in the world, and none of us are immune to the struggle. But what do we do when we feel our mental health challenges are at odds with our faith?

And that's why the Anxious Faith community exists; it's a place to ask the difficult questions, find resources to help you in your journey, and be encouraged by the stories of people who are seeking and wrestling with God through their mental illness.

Through their journeys we’ll explore what people with mental health conditions face, and how we can all better understand, love, and support those within our midst who may be suffering in silence.

We'll also talk with experts in the field of mental health and faith – doctors, psychologists, counsellors, pastors, youth workers, carers, and more – to continue learning about how faith and mental health interact, and how we can be better equipped and informed to deal with these challenges.

On our team is James, our Podcast Host & Producer, Maddy, our Managing Editor, Stephen, our Theological Editor, and Ethan, our Graphic Designer (all pictured with cheesy grins above!).

If you have questions or feedback for us, please get in touch! We'd love to hear from you. And, in the meantime, we hope you'll stay a while and help us continue the conversation.

p.s. We’d also love to connect with you on socials, where we’re building a community of people willing to tackle the big questions and grow together. Join us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube to stay in the loop, meet others, and find more resources. We’ll see you there!
